Recently moved from Texas to Lakeland; was slightly concerned about establishing relationship (s) with new health care providers. I was seen today at Watson clinic at the highlands; and I absolutely have no complaints. Front staff professional, courteous, helpful. My practitioner, Ms. Livingston was professional, intelligent, engaging. The X-Ray professional, I wish I could remember his name, was also professional, courteous, and engaging. I love the fact that much of the correspondence can be done electronically. I was impressed with the clinic and all the services they provide in one location. Big plus here, the whole place was so clean! No more worries about medical care, Watson Clinic is perfect for us.

Dr. Cunneen is absolutely wonderful with our little one. She is very knowledgeable and thorough when checking the baby. Her staff is also amazing her nurse Jeanette I can't say enough great things about her, and also Amanda she is great as well. You can just tell that they love what they do as well as love and care for the patients. If you ever interact with Dr. Cunneen, Jeanette or Amanda you will appreciate your health care workers.

I had to go go here for labs to be drawn and I always have some anxiety when it comes to needles, and I just want to say Regina who took my blood today was so kind and understanding and didn’t rush me like so many other places do! She has excellent bed side manner! I wish everyone was like her!

I have been seeing Jean Kanidis, APRN and her team for a few years now. Check in is always easy and I usually don’t wait more than 5-7 minutes in the waiting room before being called back. Care Team Member, Myrlaine P. is always very helpful in person and through messages in the patient portal. She never leaves my questions unanswered or concerns unaddressed and is always so quick to get back to me. Jean takes the time to listen to what is going on and is always able to help me out when my health isn’t the best. This is a great team and I highly recommend making an appointment with her.

I visited this urgent care facility last week, and the triage team was quick and friendly. I saw Dr. Giovaninna De La Cruz, who was knowledgeable and kind, and she addressed all of my concerns. I was very pleased with the care I received. Keep up the good work, everyone!

I use the Highlands Watson Clinic and have always had great treatment from my PCP, my dermatologist, the labs and radiology, and physical therapy. They caring compassionate and expert on their fields. They listen and ask questions willingly. Never had to wait very long at all for my appointments or at Express Care. I highly recommend the Highlands Watson Clinic. It's exciting to know they are going to be part of the Orlando Health facility too.So great for South Lakeland and Bartow.

Im not sure what all the negative co.ments are about and I do understand as a business owner myself, you can't make everyone happy but it is very hard for me to believe this place has any bad reviews. I am someone who avoids doctor visits at all cost if possible. Probably for the same reasons alot of us do, but my experience at Watson Clinic Ugent Care Highland exceeded my expectations. From the time I was being checked in, the front desk help were so nice and made sure I was taken care of. The nurses, Doctor, X ray tech were all amazing. They all truly care about you as a person and not just another number. I can't say enough good things about this office. And I wanted to make sure I shared my amazing experience to bring light to the amazing job this staff is doing and maybe help someone who has had bad experiences with other offices. Thank you Watson Clinic Urgent Care Highlands!

I come to this Watson Clinic location every few months for appointments and it’s been a good experience every time! And I’m talking years worth of appointments at this point. The staff is normally friendly and helpful, there’s valet if you really desire and the security guards are always friendly if you need helping finding which floor & desk to go to. This is not the closest clinic to me, but it’s the one I choose to go to because it’s such a better and pleasant experience. The ExpressCare attached to the back is also much better for an urgent care as well. Maybe the only bad thing is getting in and out of the clinic- it’s on one of the only steep inclines in Lakeland along the busy 540A so that can get a little tricky.
